At NapoleonBands, we believe your ring should reflect the same care and craftsmanship it was created with. That’s why every piece is backed by our 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty — giving you peace of mind with your purchase.

 

What Counts as a Manufacturing Defect

A manufacturing defect means the ring was not made according to our quality standards at the time of production. This does not include issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions. Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for replacement.

Examples of covered defects:

  • Stones or inlays that are loose or poorly set at the time of delivery.

  • Cracks, splits, or plating flaws present upon delivery (not caused by impact or daily wear).

  • Uneven or rough finishing noticed upon delivery (sharp edges, peeling plating, or surface flaws).

  • Incorrect specifications (wrong material, engraving, or design due to our error).

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, plating wear, or surface marks).

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, chemicals, or misuse.

  • Changes in size due to customer resizing, swelling, or lifestyle factors.

  • Loss or theft.

Our Promise
If a true manufacturing defect is confirmed within 7 days of delivery, we will replace your ring at no cost.

Wear & Tear / Non-Manufacturing Issues

Every napoleonbands ring is designed for daily wear, and with time, it may naturally develop signs of character — light scratches, fading, plating loss, inlay wear, or small dents. While these are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty, we provide a premium replacement option for our customers.

For a restocking fee of $69.99, we will carefully craft a brand-new ring that upholds the same standards of quality and craftsmanship as the day it was first made. To honor the value of our precious materials and workmanship, we’ve designed this process with your convenience in mind — there’s no need to return the original ring. You may keep it as a backup, a keepsake, or simply as part of your story, while we prepare your replacement.

All shipping costs are fully covered by us, so you can enjoy a seamless, worry-free experience.

This program ensures that your ring always reflects the integrity, durability, and artistry that NapoleonBands stands for.


Discounted, Sale, & Final Sale Items

We love offering special savings from time to time, but it’s important to know how they affect warranty coverage:

  • Rings purchased at a discount, during a sale, or with promotional pricing are not covered under warranty, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • Custom designs are final sale — once crafted, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. To help ensure your custom ring is the perfect fit, we provide a complimentary ring sizer before production begins.

Even with these exceptions, our priority is making sure every ring leaving our workshop meets the NapoleonBands standard. If something falls short due to craftsmanship, we’ll always stand behind it.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

  • Damage results from normal wear and tear, misuse, or exposure to harsh conditions.

  • The ring has been altered or repaired by a third party.

  • The purchase was custom, discounted, or final sale (unless defective).

  1. Submit your claim
    Email us at hello@napoleonbands.com with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

  2. Claim review
    Our team will carefully review your submission. If the issue qualifies, your claim will be approved.

  3. Ship your ring
    You’ll send the ring to us (customer covers shipping).

  4. Replacement sent
    We’ll provide a replacement that meets our quality standards and ship it back to you.
