At napoleonbands, we ensure your handcrafted rings arrive safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Whether you’re ordering a ready-to-ship ring or a customized piece, our shipping process is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Rings: Typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  

• Customized Rings: Custom designs may take 5–6 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. An estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout.
  
  

All processing times are based on Central Standard Time (CST).

U.S. Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping speeds at checkout to suit your needs:

If your wedding is in a week or less, please select Express Shipping at checkout — we cannot guarantee free Economy or Standard shipping will arrive on time.

Important:

• Shipping carriers do NOT count Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Holidays as shipping or delivery days.
  

• Delivery times vary by address.
  
  

Overnight Shipping Policy (CST)

• Orders placed with Overnight shipping before 12pm CST will ship the same day.
  

• Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the next business day.
  
  

Example:
If you place an Overnight order on Friday afternoon, it will ship on Monday and arrive Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, it will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.

International Shipping

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide.

• Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 business days, subject to customs processing.
  

• Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.
  
  

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

1. Check your tracking information for updates.
   

2. Contact our napoleonbands team at hello@napoleonbands.com after 7 business days to assist you.
