Customization Policy Summary

Before submitting your custom request, please review the following important details about our customization process.

Minor Customization Only

Our customization service allows for small, intentional edits to our existing ring band designs. This includes:

  • Switching or combining inlay materials

  • Choosing a different ring finish or color

  • Adding custom engraving

We do not currently offer full design builds from scratch.

No Full Custom Builds

We specialize in refining and customizing our current designs — we do not create entirely new ring concepts or structural changes (e.g., resizing band widths, new metal types not in our collection, or custom gem settings).

Processing Time

Customizations may add 5–6 business weeks to the normal production timeline, depending on the complexity and material availability.

To ensure the perfect fit, we’ll send you a free ring sizer after your request/order is placed. This helps us proceed with your customization only once you confirm your accurate ring size.

Final Approval Required

Before we begin crafting your customized ring, our team will review your request in detail. If anything is unclear, we’ll reach out via email for clarification and confirmation.

For faster communication, we highly recommend that you include your contact number at checkout. This helps us ensure every instruction is understood clearly before production begins.

No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Items

Customized rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any personalization such as engraving, inlay modifications, or finish changes.

However, if we make a mistake on the engraving, we will gladly correct the error at no cost to you. (Please double-check your spelling and details before submitting.)
