At Napoleon Bands, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every ring we create. We want you to love your ring for a lifetime, which is why we offer a comprehensive policy that balances customer satisfaction with fair business practices.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This timeframe aligns with industry standards while providing adequate time for you to ensure your ring is perfect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping & Fees

Free Return Shipping (Days 1-7)

If you initiate your return within **7 days of delivery**, we will provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label.


Customer-Paid Return Shipping (Days 8-30)

If you initiate your return between **days 8-30**, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide the return address and packaging instructions.


Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns to cover processing and handling costs.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@napoleonbands.com with your order number and reason for return.

Within 7 DAYS: We'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

DAYS 8-30: We'll provide the return address via email. You arrange and pay for return shipping.

IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalized and Engraved Rings

All engraved or personalized rings are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage careful review of your customization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy. Thank you for your understanding.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective/damaged items: We will provide free return shipping and full refund (no restocking fee applies).


 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Engraved or personalized rings
  • Custom products or special orders
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise

Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters. That’s why napoleonbands offers a size exchange option for rings purchased directly from our website.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date for size adjustments only.
  • Rings with custom engravings or personalized features are not eligible for exchange.
  • The ring must be in original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or signs of wear.


Shipping & Costs

  • If your exchange request is made within 7 days from the delivery date, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs for your exchange.
  • Requests made from the 8th up to the 30th day after delivery will still be accepted; however, a $20 restocking fee will apply, and the customer will cover both return and shipping costs.


Exclusive to Website Orders
This exchange policy applies only to orders placed through our official website. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy or Amazon) are not covered by this policy.

We want you to love your ring. If your first ring isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll make sure the replacement feels exactly right and crafted to the same standard of quality and precision that defines every napoleonbands piece.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**EU Returns:** The $20 restocking fee and 7-day free shipping policy still apply to EU orders.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $20 restocking fee (unless return is due to defect/damage).

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
