Engraved, personalized, and custom rings are final sale for voluntary returns/exchanges. Contact hello@napoleonbands.com for approval before sending; ship approved items within 14 days after approval. Report arrival issues promptly, preferably within 7 days.

Size exchanges have no restocking fee. U.S. exchange requests within 7 days receive a prepaid return label and free exchange-ring shipping; U.S. requests on days 8–30 and all international exchanges pay shipping both ways, plus applicable international customs, duties, and taxes. Voluntary refunds have a $20 restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping; original delivery charge is nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.

Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims are handled separately: U.S. claims receive a free replacement or full refund, with a free return label if required; verified international claims receive a full refund without return, with no international defect-replacement shipment.
