I had an issue where my original order came severely damaged in the mail (packaging was ripped, box was destroyed, and no ring) and the seller did an AMAZING job of fixing it and sending me a replacement one ASAP! Customer service explaining the shipping fiasco was amazing, and they communicated very quickly with me to fix the issue. I got the ring as a promise ring for my boyfriend and he loves it; we did have a little bit of an issue with the ring being loose (my bf wears a 3/4 size and the rings only come in half sizes) because I had to size up a little, but we were able to make the ring fit with just a couple coats of clear nail polish on the inside and now it's perfect!
