Return Policy
Eligible U.S. and international standard returns and size exchanges must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Rings must be undamaged, unaltered, without actual wear (brief fit check permitted), and returned in original packaging. Engraved, personalized, and custom rings are final sale for voluntary returns/exchanges. Contact hello@napoleonbands.com for approval before sending; ship approved items within 14 days after approval. Report arrival issues promptly, preferably within 7 days.
Size exchanges have no restocking fee. U.S. exchange requests within 7 days receive a prepaid return label and free exchange-ring shipping; U.S. requests on days 8–30 and all international exchanges pay shipping both ways, plus applicable international customs, duties, and taxes. Voluntary refunds have a $20 restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping; original delivery charge is nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.
Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims are handled separately: U.S. claims receive a free replacement or full refund, with a free return label if required; verified international claims receive a full refund without return, with no international defect-replacement shipment. No restocking fee applies to verified claims. Engraved/personalized/custom items remain eligible for verified issue assistance.
